Order Processing

Please allow 2 – 5 business days for us to confirm your payment and prepare your order for shipment. Drytoolz are mostly hand made, hand assembled and finished in small quantities, therefore in some cases it may not be possible and it will take longer to complete your order. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Delivery

All items sold on this website are distributed from Slovakia via national Post or DPD delivery service.

If there is only delivery by Post option available for you on checkout page, or you choose delivery by Post, please make sure to enter your postal address. Your order will be delivered by national postal service in your country.

Orders outside of EU might be subject to additional import taxes or fees that will need to paid by purchaser to release order from customs.

Warranty

Drytoolz are guaranteed for two years from purchase date. This guarantee does not cover rubber pads on the picks, as they wear naturally by use, same as the rubber on climbing shoes.
 
With your order, you will recieve a short printed guide on how to use the tools and what you should not do with them. Demaging the tools by incorrect use is excluded from warranty. For example, placing the pick into a crack and twisting is likely to break the tools, as they are not designed for that kind of abuse.
 

Shipment not recieved or damaged

In the case you did not recieve your order or if your shipment arrived demaged, please contant us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Returns

If you wish to return purchased products, plase contact us for instructions.

Return requests must be made within 30 days from date of delivery. Returned products must be unused in like-new condition in order to qualify for a refund. All returns postage need to be paid for by the customer and refund can be issued minus original delivery charges.

For shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing address information provided by the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges to re-ship items will apply.

For shipments refused by the recipient for any reason, or for shipments returned to us for non-payment of customs duties or taxes, product and shipping charges are non-refundable.
